How it works:

Step 1:

Ideation

Our designers sit and discuss the process and help you to articulate your vision and concept, developing your ideas into a tangible sketch.

Step 2:

Gem Selection

Our gemologists can use any of your gem stones that you may want to include in a custom design, as well as handpick and match additional stones.

Step 3:

CAD Design

Our computer-aided-design team works from our designer’s sketches and conceptual notes to create a 3D model of the new jewelry.

Step 4:

Feedback

We create full color, high-res images and review them with you via e-mail, text, or in our store. You can make revisions to suit your vision.

Step 5:

Make Magic!

Our specialized jewelry artisans work together to prepare, set, and detail the jewelry. Your piece will go through careful inspection at every stage.

Step 6:

Presentation

The finished piece of jewelry is photographed and appraised for insurance, and prepared for presentation.
