SHIPPING & INSURANCE COSTS
We ship and insure all of our orders on a cost basis only. There are no handling or packing fees of any kind. You are free to select any service from ground, to next day, including special Saturday and hold-for-pickup services.
PRICING
While Harry Merrill & Son, Inc. discounts all of our jewelry, our pricing is subject to fluctuations in the gold, platinum, diamond and precious stones markets. We will make every effort to work at or as close to the listed prices as possible, but sometimes a price adjustment is necessary. Due to the volatility in the platinum, gold and diamond markets, all prices must be quoted daily before an order can be processed and completed.

WE BUY POLICY
Harry Merrill & Son will purchase loose and mounted diamonds, diamond jewelry, gem stone jewelry, gold, platinum and estate jewelry. Please contact us and/or bring in the item(s) you are interested in selling. We will review the item(s) and examine them and discuss pricing and make an offer based on our findings. We also purchase and take precious metal scrap as trade and we will work with you creatively to help you trade up or to trade down.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We guarantee everything we sell. The items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase. Returns are executed in the purchaser's choice of a refund or a credit. We work with our customers and try to accommodate each individual and individual situation. There are no returns or exchanges on custom jewelry.
All returns will incur a 2% handling charge. (2% of the total amount.)
