According to the manufacturer's website, the smallest size of the ring I could ordered is an 8. Rob Schwartz said no problem; he called them & ordered a size 7.5. The wedding date loomed near; Rob fielded my anxious calls with unfailing courtesy, put in a rush order & mailed it overnight express, at no additional charge. This is old-fashioned customer service with a vengeance. I would recommend Harry Merrill & Son, Inc. without qualification for customer service and business accountability.

I have since fallen in love with this ring anew each day I put it on. It is truly an exquisite work of art. I can't begin to convey how very, very fortunate we feel to have found you on the Internet! I had searched for what felt like an eternity for "the ring" and came unbelievably close to settling for "a ring". I am so glad I didn't give up. Each one of you that we worked with made this an extremely pleasant (downright happy, really) experience for us. He was slightly skeptical that I could find "the ring" on the Internet and be so sure without ever actually laying eyes on the ring in person but I somehow knew this was it. Once I sent the e-mail to you requesting more information and received such an immediate and professional response, from Robert, any reservations I may have had were forgotten. After talking to Iris and Stanley, my fiance was quickly converted to believing this really could happen all through e-mails and phone calls!
